This position will assist our physicians and advanced practice providers with patient care procedures, will be responsible for answering questions and requests from patients regarding their medical care in a friendly and courteous manner, will triage patients, take patient’s medical history and will communicate between our patients, their families and our providers. Longstreet Clinic is seeking an experienced CMA/LPN who is enthusiastic and patient-centered to work in our OBGYN office located in Gainesville, Georgia. Advanced competency utilizing Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and time management skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Lead & assist with annual audit of Retirement Plan, Employee Benefits Plan, and complete annual retirement plan reporting. Work with the Retirement plan recordkeeper to maintain accurate employee hours for years of service tracking. Assist with salary analysis and surveys. Calculation of annual employer profit sharing and 401K match for the retirement plan. Assist employees with all aspects of insurance plans for open enrollment in the payroll system. Resolve administrative problems with group insurance benefits carrier representatives. Verify calculations and reconcile monthly premium statements for all group insurance benefit plans against payroll withholds. Ensure compliance with Federal, State and local payroll, wage and hour laws and best practices. 
Maintain employee benefits ensuring benefit changes are entered appropriately in payroll system for payroll deduction. 2+ years of applicable Payroll and Benefits management experience. Preferred Certifications: CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification). Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Human Resources. The Payroll/Benefits Administrator will perform a variety of accounting and finance related tasks with a primary focus on payroll and benefits accounting.Įxperience with ADP and Retirement Plan Administration is a plus.
